At Leap Language and Developmental Services, we're all about FUNctional communication. That's why we believe in play and relationship based speech therapy services for all people with developmental disabilities. ​
At Leap we like to meet our client's where they're at- literally! We start with a comprehensive evaluation to determine the best treatment plan for every client and from there we coordinate functional activities in the community, school or home to help each client become more independent in the places they actually live, work and learn.
You might see us at the park, the library, the grocery store, your child's school, in your home or on your computer screen. Wherever we are, we're putting the fun in functional and building the skills for independence for all our clients.

Hi, I'm Kristen. I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University. In 2022 I received my Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University. I hold a professional level certificate in DIRFloortime.

Speech therapy is my passion and I love working with both children and young adults. In my free time I like to be outside in the garden, on a walk, or enjoying all the great things the city of Alpharetta has to offer.
